EXTERNAL USE
Use the ground or
superfine clay in bags :

Fill
half a glass or terracotta (not metal) bowl with pure (mineral) water…

... pour in
some clay up to(a little below the level of the water.
LEAVE FOR 20
MINUTES.
The clay needs
time to break down completely
and to release its trace elements.
|
|
|
This produces a
soft and smooth paste. |
The bowl may be
covered with a transparent plate and exposed to sunrays, the
clay will absorb its energy. |
To prepare a
poultice, apply the clay paste over a fine cloth or some strong
multi-purpose tissue paper.
According to the depth of the area to be treated, the poultice
will be more or less thick: up to 2 cm for deeper organs, for
example. |
The poultice may
be used at room or
warm temperatures.
To heat it again, use a bain-marie.
|
 |
The thicker the
poultice, the longer you need to apply it.
Remove
the poultice before it dries out. Then thoroughly rinse away any
residue left onto your skin
and throw the clay away because it is now full of toxins. (the linen
cloth may be washed and used again)
After removing the poultice and cleaning your skin, apply our
MOISTURISING MILK
(clay has a tendency to dry up the skin) |
An abdominal poultice
(for the liver, stomach, loins, intestines or lungs)
may be applied from several hours and even a whole night.
If you need to move, use a bandage or flannel to keep the poultice
in place. |
